Cathy has been an integral part of Scott’s business since 2008, bringing years of dedication and compassion to the team. Before joining full time, she spent her career as a Public Health Nurse, where she specialized in helping families access support for children with developmental delays and special medical needs. That background in advocacy and care continues to shape her work today.

After retiring from Public Health in 2021, Cathy transitioned to working full time with Scott. She wears many hats—handling behind-the-scenes operations, answering phones, assisting current clients, and welcoming new ones.
